Greetings!
I'm Brenda. Me and my rescue dog, Liberty, have been living in Central Oregon since 2021. The pandemic granted me freedom from my school's office, so I moved up here to be closer to my adorable niece and all the pristine lakes here. I've been enjoying hiking, yoga, HIIT workouts, paddle boarding, kayaking, snowshoeing, rock climbing (still learning), book clubs, petroglyph exploring and so much more here!
My work is about bringing back the magic and earth-based practices of pre-Christian times. The world has become a hyper-masculine place and all things feminine have been suppressed, repressed and oppressed for far too long. I believe the planet and people are in desperate need of balance. This was certainly true for me! I had stuffed my feminine characteristics so far down that it took a heroic dose of mushrooms in psilocybin therapy to allow me to be vulnerable and express my feelings again. The medicine reminded me of my lineage and what I came here to do. Now, instead of hating being a woman, I actively work toward reclaiming the feminine- for myself, my community, all the women who came before us, for Mother Earth and humanity moving forward.
I primarily offer soulful book-centered quests (aka Mystery Schools) focused on soul reclamation, growing seeds of consciousness, and integrating psychedelic therapy. The books I choose tend to be based on ancient wisdom traditions and/or Jungian psychology. Boosted my plant medicine journeys, these books encourage us to dive deep into our psyches and remember who we are. I also incorporate somatic practices and regenerative alchemy techniques to help us get in touch with our innate body wisdom and intuition. All the quests I offer are in search of magic and remembrance to empower ourselves. I hope you'll join me on one soon!
